What we do
We set up Freddie's Friends in 2008 in memory of our lovely son. In the years since, with the help of our wonderful fundraisers, donors and sponsors, Freddie's have been able to provide specialist equipment, support and respite for disabled children and their families.
What we did:
With your help we have been able to help the special children & organisations below.
Savannah is a very special happy little girl who has lots of problems. With some of Freddie's Friends money we bought her a special chair so she can sit comfortably!
Harley is a beautiful 20 month old little boy who has lots of problems. He is battling Alexander Disease which is so rare only Harley and another boy in Korea has it.
Harley's Mum and Dad, Jodie and Mike, want to take him to Eurodisney in September for him to meet Mickey and Minnie, and maybe take away his worries for a while.
Freddie's Friends have donated £200 to Harley to make his wish come true x
Emily is a beautiful little girl who has spent many nights in hospital with Freddie. She has wonderful parents, Tracey and Ian, and a big brother Josh to look after her.
Emily has a genetic disorder called 17q21.31 mds which causes her to have lots of problems.
Freddie's Friends donated £200 to go towards The Listening Programme a treatment for Emily.
St Andrews Hospice.
Freddie was a patient at St Andrews Hospice in Grimsby which does an amazing job looking after special children and their families.
Hull prison donated some money to Freddie's Friends and we gave £500 to St Andrews to buy some sensory equipment which Freddie loved x
Thanks for all your support throughout our first year
