    Another big thank again to one of our regular supporters Sharron Cooper & friends who organised the event at the Victoria Dock Hall.

    A brilliant £500 was raised on the day. Thank you to all who helped & donated, plus a big thank you to Father Christmas for paying a visit!!!

    Our good friend Andy Spenceley ran a minimum of 3 miles per day every day throughout December even running on Christmas day!! Andy raised a brilliant £516.68!!

    As part of her school project to help in the local community. Demi who attends Archbishop Sentamu School volunteered to sell Freddie's Friends charity wristbands. In less then a week Demi has already sold over 100!! Well done Demi and keep up the good work :) Demi raised a brilliant £151.00 !!!

    Demi also raised another £145 through Operation Lifestyle, well done :)

    5-a-side

    MS3 5-a-side football tournament

    We held our charity football tournament & fun day at Soccer Sensation's with 12 teams competing to lift the MS3 Freddie's Friends Cup. After several rounds of football Barclays Bank ran out winners defeating Hull Stevedores Ltd in the final 5-1.

    We raised a fantastic £2334.40 and we still have gift aid from online donations to add to the total!

    A massive thanks to:

    Michael Dobson & Mark O'Meley for handing out the trophies.
    Sami Lou & all the acts that gave up their time to perform.
    Falcon Kebabs who supplied the wonderful food and donated nearly £300!!

    and last but not least all who came down to make it a very special day :)

    Former Hull KR & Hull FC player Shaun Briscoe during his testimonial raised money for three charities including Freddies. We are delighted that Shaun chose us not only to raise money but also raised awareness at his testimonial event. A massive thanks to Shaun, April and all who helped raise a brilliant £380 :)

    Experience Hair Salon

    Our good friends at Experience Hair Salon, Marfleet Lane, Hull have held various events through-out June including a raffle, donations of treatments, and on the last day of the month dressed up in fancy dress and sold buns & cakes outside the salon. A huge thank you to Debbie, Jo and all the staff who raised a fantastic £658.25 xx

    And a big thank you to one of Experience's customers Nick Chatwin who also raised a brilliant £165.00 :)

    £230 was donated to us from their fundraising day in support of Jeans for Genes day, thanks guy's :)

    Paul Watling held a raffle for Freddie's Friends and raised a brilliant £36. Thanks to all who bought tickets.

  • Rovers Supporters Trust

    We have kindly been chosen by the RST as their charity of the year. The first event was a sponsored cycle ride from Craven Park Hull to Headingley Stadium Leeds. A massive thanks to all the members who completed this amazing challenge raising a brilliant £1978.49.

    A bucket collection at the Hull KR V London game by the members also raised a brilliant £694.51. A big thank you to all who donated on the day.

    Our good friends Steve & Michelle organised an Old Skool Dance Night at the Velvet Nightclub Nuneaton. Many thanks to the management, staff and all who came to support this great event. We raised a massive £750 on the night xx

    In conjunction with special stars we held our first Christmas party for our special children and their families. We had a Christmas snow globe, face painting, candy cart, festive music and even a visit from Santa!!

    A big thank you to Neil Hudgell Solicitors for funding the event, Cash For Kids for the childrens presents, & Buttylicious for the catering.
